Sym Voice as a planned capability

Add-on idea (Core / Growth)

Earlier product work described a voice add-on near $99/mo with included minute packs (for example, on the order of 100–150 minutes depending on tier). Overage concepts were discussion numbers only.

Included on higher tiers

Scale and Enterprise concepts included Sym Voice with larger minute allotments and deeper booking authority. Exact entitlements remain subject to redesign before any commercial launch.

Trial and ROI language from earlier packaging

Earlier marketing packaging described a 14-day free trial and a 3× ROI guarantee framed around a 90-day review window. That packaging also used language such as “no contracts” and “cancel anytime.”

These phrases are retained here only as historical commercial concepts from the development record—so reviewers can see how the product was previously positioned.

These terms are not currently offered. There is no free trial signup, money-back program, or purchase path on this pre-launch site. Proposed prices and availability may change.

Questions about proposed commercial shape

Can I buy a plan today?

No. This page is informational. Contact the founder if you want to discuss a future pilot—not to complete a purchase online.

Will prices stay the same?

Proposed prices and availability may change as the product, support model, and pilot program evolve.

How does voice fit?

Voice is a first-class product concept—answering, qualifying, and booking assists—with different authority ideas by tier. See the illustrative demo.

What about contracts?

Earlier packaging emphasized month-to-month flexibility. Any future commercial relationship would use a separate written agreement appropriate to the pilot or plan.
